Approximately 36 million pounds of ground turkey have been recalled by Arkansas-based, Cargill Meat Solutions Corporation. The recall is due to possible Salmonella contamination according to the USDA’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS). The strain is multi-drug resistant.
